| • | Winners will be notified telephonically |
| • | The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into |
| • | The prize is not transferable for cash |
| • | Employees of Hadeco, their promotional partners, printers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families may not enter |
| • | If required, Hadeco shall have the right to terminate this promotion immediately and without notice.
