Growing Tips:

It is important to plant your corn according to the grid for effective pollination as corn is wind pollinated. The cop can be picked earlier - at the milk stage and cooked as corn on the cob. They are relatively sweet. The colours at the milk stage will not be fully developed. to test for the milk stage; pull the husk back slightly and stick your nail into a soft kernel & if a milky liquid comes out, then it is ready.
