Rossatex CC started production of exceptionally crafted home textiles in January 1996, with a view to create top quality locally woven products. Using the art of weaving on jacquard and dobby looms, they create sustainable textile fabric articles such as upholstery, curtaining, airline blankets, table linen, throws, runners and cushions.
The manufacturing process begins with the purchase of yarns in their natural form, thereafter the yarn is dyed in their dye house.The yarn is then warped in preparation for the weaving process according to the quality and design required. The warp will then be taken to the weaving department where the weaving process of fabric begins.
Quality fabrics are produced to specific requirements and designs are interpreted through their in-house design department.
As a company they are a versatile manufacturer that create their own designs, in-house dyeing, weaving, finishing and CMT of fabrics.
