Bulbs are seasonal products at that are available for dispatch (indicate season of the year). As the stock is not available all year round it is not possible to make deliveries all year round but only when the stock is available. We are able to receive and process online orders at any time but dispatch and delivery will take place during the time bulbs are in season and when your bulbs should be planted. We will normally send your order to you within 14 business days from when stock becomes available.
Therefore the main delivery periods are:
Spring Bulbs: (late March to late May)
Autumn Bulbs: (late May to early August)
Summer Bulbs: (late August to late November)
You will be able to buy bulbs on our website during the following periods;
Spring Bulbs: (early March to late May)
Autumn Bulbs: (early May to early August)
Summer Bulbs: (early August to late November)
You can contact us at any time should you be in doubt about when you can expect delivery of your order. If you suspect the goods are lost or arrive damaged in transit please contact us so we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We supply top size, quality bulbs. If for any reason, we are unhappy with the bulbs we will not dispatch them to you. If the bulbs are not true to name or for any reason are unacceptable, we will replace them at our cost. Subsequent growth, vigour etc are not factors which we have control of, so cannot guarantee. Please do however let us know of any problems to see if we can help solve them.
Returns Policy and Cancellation Rights
If you are in any way disappointed with our service, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at P.O. Box 7; Maraisburg; 1700. If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 7 working days after receipt.
Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 10 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us at the address given above. The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods and recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.
