I ordered a pack of 25 mixed colours but they are all a green/yellow colour!! The pack of 10 Rose are so far 1 x white, 1 x green/yellow and 2 a darker pink and 1 Rose. One can understand an odd different colour in the single colour packages but so far out of half I have only 1 of the colour I ordered. Of the mixed pack three quarters are green/yellow and looks like the others are going to be same. I will definitely never order again.

We’re so sorry for the frustration caused and that you did not receive all the colours you were hoping for.

The Gladiolus we offer come from a supplier in Holland. Our mixed packs come already mixed and due to these concerns we have decided to mix the packs ourselves next season. This will avoid any uncertainty and ensure our customers receive a nice array of mixed colours in their gardens.

In addition to the concerns experienced with the Rose packet of Gladiolus, we’ll be making our supplier aware of this and if it does continue to happen in future we’ll look into changing suppliers.

Your feedback is extremely valuable and provides us with insight to improve on our product offering.
