 Delivery Schedule

Bulbs are seasonal products and to ensure the best results we send the bulbs out according to their correct planting times. To give our customers the chance to never miss out on their favourite bulbs, everything on our online shop is made "available" on a pre-order basis with delivery at the bulbs correct planting times. When it is the correct planting times and our pre-order backlog has been sent out, you should receive your order within 14 business days.

Winter main delivery periods are:

*Pre-orders for winter bulbs open in mid to end February*    

Most winter bulbs will be delivered from March.

Lilies and asparagus will be delivered from May.

Tulips & peonies will be delivered in June.

Summer main delivery periods are:

*Pre-orders for summer bulbs open in mid to end July*

 

Most summer bulbs will be delivered from September.

Dahlia will be delivered from the end of September/October.

Please feel free to contact us at any time should you need any assistance or if you are in any doubt about when you can expect your order to be delivered.

If you suspect the goods are lost or if your products have been damaged please contact us so we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. 

Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Quality guarantee

We supply top size, quality bulbs. If for any reason, we are unhappy with the bulbs we will not dispatch them to you. If the bulbs are not true to name or for any reason are unacceptable, we will replace them at our cost. Subsequent growth, vigour etc. are not factors which we have control of, so cannot guarantee. Please do however let us know of any problems to see if we can help solve them.

Returns Policy and Cancellation Rights

If you are in any way disappointed with our service, please email us at online@hadeco.co.za or write to us at P.O. Box 7; Maraisburg; 1700. If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 7 working days after receipt.

Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 10 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us at the address given above. The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in good condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods and recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.
